Refund and Cancellation Policy for Vanilla Starter

Your subscription cannot be canceled during the annual term, and you are responsible for all charges for the full term. We do not provide refunds during the annual term.

At the end of the annual term, your subscription will automatically renew for an additional one-year term, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable renewal fees. You may elect to opt out of the automatic renewal by notifying us by email help@justvanilla.com at least 60 days prior to renewal date.
