FAQs

All users can benefit from Vanilla 101 & Vanilla 102. Planner 101 is focused on our Estate Builder tool, which only Planner users have access to. All users are welcome at our weekly Q&A session, however attendance is not required.

Please register for a session even if you cannot attend live. We will send the recording to all registrants. We highly recommend you complete the training either live or by watching the recordings in your first 2 weeks on the platform.

Absolutely! These training sessions can be extremely helpful to refresh your Vanilla knowledge or show how functionality may have changed since your last training session.

We have a team of CSMs who rotate leading the training sessions. If you have a question, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at help@justvanilla.com.

Yes, we will record the training session that you attend and send a recording to all registrants of the training session after the meeting.
